Meet us personally
Once we received your submission, we will contact you via phone, followed by a in-person meeting, either at your property our our office. We will gather any additional documentation & information necessary, discuss any questions you may have and take our time to view and evaluate your property.

Price indication & mediation contract
At this step you will receive our free of cost and non-binding market price indication. Once the price at which the property is to be marketed is agreed by you, we will sign the 0% comission real estate mediation contract.

Advertising your property
Together with our professional photographer, the next step will be shooting the photos and videos and start preparing the launch of your property. Your property will be advertised on the major real estate portals, on the Imozero Website,social media sites, etc. and will be presented to our large database of current and actively looking buyers.

Buyers & viewings
Potential buyers will be thoroughly qualified by us regarding their budget, knowledge of the area, and overall suitability of the property for their goals. Once these are established and we believe that buyer and property could be a good match, we will organize and carry out the viewings.

Receiving offers & concluding the sale
Offers will be sent to you for your review and approval; once an agreement with the buyer has been reached, we will assist and guide you throughout the selling purchase up until the conclusion of the final deed.
